I was born and grew up in the Pacific Northwest. My early years were shaped by hardship and abuse. Escape was found in my vivid imagination, which later in life became the foundation for my stories, many of which focus on second chances or rescue from bad situations. Upon graduating from high school, I attended various colleges, taking classes that would help with my writing, rather than focusing on a degree. After college I bought a Managuan and traveled the country (tough job, huh?), doing odd jobs and creating various characters, based on the people that I encountered. I currently live on the northern coast of Oregon.
